”MBC STAR AUDITION” SEASON 2 Contestants from all over the world apply for auditions in Los Angeles!
Los Angeles, CA, 7/12/11 – The Los Angeles Audition for the 2nd season of “MBC Star Audition” has attracted attention from all over the world. Aspiring singers from countries as far away as Singapore and Germany have sent in applications to be part of the auditioning process. Judging by the on‐line submissions, an ever‐growing number of Non‐Koreans are eager to become a part of the K‐pop world.
Contestants who audition on Saturday (7/16/11, at the Sheraton Downtown Los Angeles) will be judged by industry professionals who have decades of cumulative experience. Among the judges will be Adrian Park, an instructor from the prestigious Musicians Institute in Hollywood, and William Pyon, a music producer who has worked with famed K‐pop artists such as Seo Taiji, BoA, and TVXQ. 3 of last season’s finalists, David Oh, Tae Kwon Lee, and Hee Joo Chung, have been confirmed to appear at the Los Angeles auditions, and fans will be able to meet them.

Tohoshinki & AKB48 to Perform at Opening Event for “Nicofarre”
A next-generation music club managed by Niwango called “nicofarre” – with giant LED screens on every wall and on the ceiling – is going to open its doors on July 18th, and will feature performances from Tohoshinki and AKB48 on its first night.
Niwango is the same company that operates the well-known streaming portal “Nico Nico Douga“. The company revamped its infamous “velfarre” club, which closed its doors more than four years ago, into “nicofarre” by integrating the use of the internet. Since all performances in the club will be streamed live on “Nico Nico Douga”, users will be able to make on-screen comments in real-time that will float across the screens inside the club. More events to further integrate online users are already planned for the future.
Of course, the screens can also be used to enhance performances by creating beautiful backgrounds that turn the whole club into a visual sensations. Thanks to real-time motion capturing, there would even be the opportunity to see live performances from virtual characters.
In addition to special performances from Tohoshinki and AKB48 at the opening event, there will also be live performances from thirty of the most popular amateur singers and dancers from Nico Nico Douga.
Onew and Taemin Recording New PV - Juliette Jap Version
SHInee after receiving Gold in Japan is now preparing for their next Japanese single which is the Japanese version of Juliette.
A fan fortunately recorded a video of Onew and Taemin from which seemed to be like recording /shooting. They said that it's for Juliette PV.

Kim Hyung Jun started promoting in Japan, and is scheduled to release his 1st Japanese single "Long Night" on July 27.
Ahead of that, Hyung Jun gave early treat for his Japanese fans for releasing the MV earlier.

MTV EXIT has now held 26 concerts across Asia over the past two and a half years, including events in Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Nepal, Taiwan, the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Timor-Leste.
